How sweet it is!
Born Sept 28, 2013, 3.485 Kgs, 49 cms
Early in the morning, Andrew drives us in his small pick up back to Campbell airfield
while the geese are already on their way south for wintering
In Bowling Green, Ohio (Wood field), we get the VIP refueling treatment
Eastbound, we follow lake Erie towards Cleveland, OH
and come across a small community similar to Port Grimaud on the French Cote d'Azur. Housing with boat docks on the front door.
More new homes for Andrew to choose from should he want to move from Chicago to NY
Cleveland, Ohio, on lake Erie
and its airport between downtown and the lake
The first color changes start to be seen, wonderful.
Along lake Erie we move east at 125-130 knts, with a nice tail wind
Buffalo NY, just before reaching the Niagara Falls
Air traffic control was very cooperative, we could go to 3.500 ft AMSL and overfly the falls for as long as we wanted. We were the only private flight at that moment, the tourist helicopters were touring at 3.000 ft below us
From Niagara Falls, we proceed east towards Oswego, NY, where we will meet my cousin Kim and her husband Mitch
a nice grass strip on the way
Kim Seager and her husband Mitch have rebuilt recently their home, and added a "Sports Bar", their Seager's social club
this is where we have pre dinner drinks, on the porch, while Mitch prepares the steaks
From right to left, Mitch and Kim Seager, Harold (Spank) and Annette Reals, the pilot and Uncle Bruce Godfrey
